La Palma Airport is located ca 8 km south of the capital, Santa Cruz de La Palma. The Canary Islands lie just off Africa's northwestern coast and are one of Spain's most popular tourist destinations. Both Arrivals and Departures are handled by a single terminal building. Check-in is done on the ground level.
The terminal has a car park right below it and it only takes 3 to 4 minutes to walk from the parking areas to the check-in hall. Shopping, including Duty Free, a family-friendly children's play area and a bar-restaurant can be found on the First Floor.
